Monitoring of community action agencies by Commerce is required at least once every three years.  Monitoring may occur more often if needed.  At the request of community action agencies, Commerce has added a fiscal/administrative monitor staff position, currently held by Terry Watness, C.P.A.  (Terry can be reached at 360-725-2852.)
